Great experience here!! All the nurses and providers are rockstars, and even the front desk staff were kind and helpful. The nurses and providers saw my son for a health related concern. The nurses had great bedside manner and were very good are talking with kids and reassuring them. Highly recommend!

Was skeptical about the reviews, but when I arrived the front desk lady was so nice and personable and both my nurse and nurse practitioner were so helpful and listened well. Honestly the best experience I've had at any hospital to date. I felt cared for and the wait time was only 30 min or so to get in on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Made us feel as we were wasting their precious time. Zero empathy, kindness or caring from Nurse Kathryn. NP Kathleen just as bad. Will never go back.

Thank you Kathleen for treating me like I was suspicious for coming in after experiencing the immediate onset of the worst headache I have ever experienced coupled with nausea and vomiting. The pain was unlike anything Ive ever felt. Surely I traveled across the country just to, what, seek painkillers at the urgent care in Superior? Make sure you dont take any pain relievers (which I required unsafe doses of to dull the pain) before you go in because if youre not actively writhing and moaning, all thats wrong is you need to drink more water. What a joke. I experienced similar pain this morning and wont even bother being seen. Ive been advised by my PCP to have imaging done as soon as I can when Im home. Receptionist and the nurse who took me back were very kind.
