We had an excellent experience with this company! They gave us a weekend at the cabin that was relaxing and comfortable. Alecea was especially wonderful, going above and beyond to ensure we would receive service even when they were tight in time. Huge thank you to all.

100% recommend Mr. Biffy if you need septic or biffy services! I've used them a couple times now for bigger projects that required us to get biffies each time and each time the process was smooth from the first call to the front desk, to the order and delivery, to the cleanings (which were always great- they were left super clean and smelling great), and to the pick up of the unit there was never an issue. Travis and Alecia are so nice and so easy to work with!

I highly recommend Mr Biffy. When our pump went he was a great help pumping our tank and replacing our pump.

Very disappointed with Mr Biffy. We were scheduled to have our tank emptied on Friday. No one showed. This has happened before but they usually will make it right by coming over the weekend. My husband called their emergency # on Saturday to ask and the guy said not until Monday. Our tank was getting quite full. We called Monday, today, and were ignored. We thankfully found another company who not only put us on the schedule, but prioritized us after finding out we were left in the lurch all weekend. Its fine if you cant fit us in, but you need to tell us. We wont be using this company again.
