I got an ultimate pedicure with my friend and noticed we got different services while each paying for the same thing. Ex she got a hot towel shin wrap and a shin massage and I did not.
What was most disappointing was the polish. We sat under the dryer for 15-20 min and the polish didn't harden. Even hours later at home it was soft. As a result it is all smeared and smudged. I've never had this issue before.
