        Dont ever finance with them! They made it absolutely difficult to make payments and as a result their customers are behind car payments. They wont waver a one time late fee! They blame you for their lack of support and inability to work with other banks! The worst customer service and run by horrible people!

        The new phone service is terrible.Every time I call now I have wait for over 15min.Still no answer so I hang up.Dont you realize I dont have all day.Some people call you on their lunch break and dont have a lot of time.I have been with them for 2 years and all I have ever done is babysit them for all the mistakes they make.Never seen a bank this unprofessional in my life.A couple of times I lost my debt card and I had to wait over a month for it.

        App does not work for existing users nor will it let you sign up for a new account. The new answering service is terrible, if you want to be on hold for over 15 minutes..
