After I closed a secured credit account based on wildley inaccurate information promiced to me on recorded call by US Bank personnel about the lenth of time it would take to release my security funds, and after they refused to rectify their error and honor their word, I called USA Cash Services and met Tabatha. She led me through the process painlessly provided realistic expectations for me to make an informed decision. I was able to secure the funds I needed before I even left their office. Very helpful and informative. 5 stars all day.
