Never have posted a negative review on here but had to for this company. Had connection problems for years and they never did anything about. Called a bunch of times and they would never call me back. Said it was my fault and wouldn't give me a new router. The owner is a sensitive little baby. Was forced off air fiber and got starlink. Pay a lot more but way better internet and haven't had a problem yet!

The most unreliable internet, extremely poor customer service. One of the owners called and made physical threats towards me because I wanted a refund for the installation and service because the Internet was complete garbage. I couldn't even stream Netflix on there internet. I would recommend staying away from this company.

I wouldnt even give this company a star but had to give 1. Horrible internet. Constant buffering. We werent suppose to have a data cap but one wonders. We called them several times and the person always said they would elevate the ticket to a tech and someone would get back to us. Nobody ever did. We finally filed a complaint with the better business bureau and within 2 hours of filing the complaint the owner called and said he was dropping us and will no longer provide service to us. He was very unprofessional and a real jerk. The best thing that happened to us was them dropping us. It forced us to find alternative provider which ended up costing us 15 dollars less a month and we now have reliable internet service with a better reputable provider. I would not recommend Air Fiber. Very unreliable and unprofessional customer service.
