        Bought at a faire for my dog. One of the selling points was lifetime free shipping because they were not a local company. When I was getting low I went on their site to order more and the shipping was not free. Got in touch with customer service and the person that was helping me was very rude and said the vendors should not have even offered free shipping because they no longer offer that. I told them they are representing your company and selling your product. They said we have told them not to say that. I will not be buying anything from this company. They are rude and do not follow their word. Plus $59 for shipping is outrageous! If I could give it one star I would.
