I'm sorry you feel this way Jenna but we did not send you away without the problem fixed. You had the vehicle towed in as a no start. When you dropped the keys off you gave your boyfriend's number as a contact. We called him with original diagnostics on the fuel pump (bad connector due to burnt pins). He advised us he needed to talk to you. After an hour of it tieing up a lift waiting for approval pushing other peoples repairs back we contacted him again to advise him we would need to put the car back together to wait on approval in the meantime. He advised us he would call back in 2 minutes just to give him a little bit longer, we obliged. Once we heard back from him we replaced your fuel pump. Once it was running we noticed the multiple other drivability issues. We then tried to contact him again MULTIPLE times. When he did not return the multiple phone calls or messages we parked the car outside to wait. You then showed up wanting the vehicle. We advised you of the issues with a printed estimate of what we needed to start with. you said "I'm selling this anyways!" and declined then left. You returned moments later realizing how bad it was for yourself wondering what the issue was. You were advised it was everything we told you about in the estimate you were holding. At that point you said "JUST FIX IT!" in front of a full office of techs and service writers. We fixed the car (as it ran perfectly for us and for you when you picked it up) and called you multiple times with finalize the bill. You said you couldn't pick up during office hours so to email you a credit card link to pay with. You then wanted an itemized invoice which is available at pick up. You advised you would be by monday. On monday you tried claiming "I never approved any of that! I'm selling that vehicle anyways!" even though you did it in front of a full office. At that point We decided rather than make this into an issue we would just give you labor and parts at less than cost. We test drove your car multiple times and when you drove away it was running like it should. I'm glad you got your issue resolved at the 3rd shop. We were not dishonest about contacting you as we timestamped all calls and we offered to show you that. To avoid this entire issue in the future we have implemented a new software that sends a text and/or email authorization to repair along with pics and a video of the issue needing repair.
