I have a duplex rental, and many years ago when 1st purchased - 1999, i started swapping out what became eveything but "the bathroom sink". I was recomneded Bisbee's Flooring by some one I wish I remembered so I could thank - as David's guiding hand shows continuing honesty, thouroughness, helpful w/ suggestions when I stumble - what do I know about flooring, quality for the cost. As David has had rentals he especially knows how to steer me to the best choice for my budget and! in the rental "hard use" market that exists. I still remember learning about 'Berber', which I still use - it cleans well, and lasts. Recently I needed to do the replace the last small bathroom floor, during a turnover. I called, it was measured the same day, and replaced the next. Even matched the upstairs bathroom if anyone were to notice. I did not pick out the material but trusted David and his employees could and would do a great job. Did! Small or big, they have the integrity that they are still in business, and will CONTINUE TO BE. Yes there can be mistakes - I read some of the reviews, But new employees never start perfectly experienced. Crazy busy means crazy work hours, & NOT crazy communication. The customer plays a role too. Somehow David, & Taila, and the others whose faces I never see - they are too busy doing a good job - have nailed it all these years, far more than some venders I have used. My duplex interior has the Continuing Visible Proof.

Bisbee was great to work with, helping to fix our water damaged basement. Even with the hiccup of there being moisture remaining on the concrete after the prior floor was removed and taking an extra day to let things dry out and allowing us to take some mold mitigation steps(upon their recommendation as well) we quickly had our new floor installed and looking like nothing ever happened. The install crew was friendly, happy to talk through things with us, and properly communicated the issues they ran into with the remaining moisture. I won't hesitate to go with Bisbee for any flooring projects we do in the future. Prices were fair and the end product was beautiful! Great local company to do business with!
