Very friendly staff! Took time to answer all my questions about insurance coverage and plan of action. I have complete faith & trust in Dr. Matev. He takes time to explain and gives all options.

The hygienist I had was outstanding. She did the best job on my teeth than Ive had done in years. The dentist I saw seem to have a lot of knowledge of what was best for me and my future. Havent had a dentist like that in years either. Thank you for an amazing day.

I unexpectedly had a filling fall-out in the morning while at work. I called my usual dentist (also a First Choice office), but they didn't have any openings. They did advise they could at least get me scheduled for a consultation later that day at their other Sun Prairie location. Usually, I have to take the day off from work to prepare for a dental appointment (I had some awful experiences as a child that has resulted in considerable anxiety around dental-related visits), so I was very prepared for a stressful experience. Instead, the staff were delightfully engaging and told me stories about their families, which helped to calm my nerves and distract me. They were also able to get my filling replaced that evening as well! I would highly recommend this location. Great service!
