Teddy's Place Child Care

We recently did a tour of the facility it seemed like everything was great, but we had a few questions afterwards and called them the next day during business hours. We got no answer. It just kept on ringing. We assumed they were experiencing phone issues. We called again and again the follow days. Still no answer! My thoughts are if they don't answer now, what happens if our kid is there and we tried calling. No one would pick up. I question their services!

Teddy's Place is a great daycare.  Mrs. Crystal is so nice and very patient.  The owner is very hands on and will chat with us at pick up and drop off.  I love that they use the Procare app to let me know how my daughter is doing during the day.  They will send me photos and updates on meals and potty breaks everyday.  They take the children on field trips regularly during the summer and always have fun educational activities planned to stimulate the children minds.

I love teddy's place, they are wonderful and make sure to work closely with every parent to make sure they can follow the home schedule as much as possible. The staff is so kind ,and the communication is so fast and open. I highly recommend them, the best quality care. My older boys have been there before when they were little ,and now my younger baby girl is going there and getting the best care in town. I am soo happy !
