        Requested floors and a deep clean. Showed up 1st day only did some of the floors had to call back. Deep clean didn't happen. Came back for deep clean, did a pretty good job but missed some areas but I received a bill for more than 200% of estimate. They did lower it after complaining. I doubt I will use again do to lack of trust.

        My home is 1,000 sq. ft. A surface cleaning was done. Some things were forgotten such as my shower. I wasnt home during the cleaning. Maybe if I was monitoring they would have done a better job. It usually takes me 2 hours tops. There were 2 people and the cleaning cost $180. The quote I was given was less. There was a charge for mileage and supplies. The total was $209. I would never have agreed to that amount unless it was deep cleaning. I will never use them again. So disappointed.
