Terrible experiences with this company. I was injured and claiming short term for over 8 weeks now. every other week I have had to contact this company, and find out why I haven't been paid. Every time I have contacted them they say they didn't receive something from my doctors office. I contact doctors to verify, only to find out the doctors have not only faxed all of the info TWICE they also emailed them TWICE! Every time I have contacted this company (over 8 times now) I have never talked to the same person, let alone my "case manager." I have been givin the run around every time. I live paycheck to paycheck when I am working. Now I'm getting 70% of my income, but only when someone here actually does their job. 2 weeks and counting with no paycheck and the banks and utility people are calling. Absolutely sickening.
