Performance Exteriors repaired our porch roof. Workers were knowledgeable, experienced and energetic. They used quality materials and compled the job in one day. They cleaned up. We enjoyed meeting the men and it was easy to share comments and questions with Adam. Thanks for an excellent job.

Hired Performance Exteriors & Contracting (PE&C) to replace our roof after hail damage from a recent storm. PE&C came recommended by our local insurance agent. Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with - honest, straight shooter, laid back, and a solid communicator. Due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (not caused by PE&C), our job had been on hold for a number of months. Throughout this delay, Adam maintained the lines of communication at an appropriate pace. When we finally gave Adam the green light, Adam and his crew were able to turn our roofing project around (order materials, drop a dumpster, coordinate his team) in less than a week while only needing a single day on site to complete the entire project from tear off to clean up. Will definitely consider Adam and the PE&C team on all future projects!

Performance Exteriors & Contracting was great to work with. A hail storm came through in October, a month after putting my house up for sale. Adam was great at working not only with me, but the insurance company as well to make sure all damage was covered. He also helped to take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather to get a new roof installed quickly in order to meet my closing deadline on the house. Kept in constant contact and kept me in the loop. I would highly recommend.

When I needed a roof I called several contractors for quotes. There was only one that impressed my parents and I, Adam from Performance Exteriors. When we met and spoke with Adam his years of experience in roofing quickly became obvious. The roof was a combination conventional and flat. The roofing project was challenging enough that two of the contractors didnt bid. Adam made suggestions that created a roof that is better and more trouble free than the previous roof. When Adam and his team from PE came, there was no goofing around, they were hard workers. The neighbor commented where the heck did you find those guys, theyre great. Some furnace work after the roof was completed necessitated a new pipe penetration. Adam came back to check on the work to guarantee I would have no problems. The folks at Performance Exteriors are wonderful. Take the time to talk with them and express your concerns. They will exceed your expectations. Big shout-out to Adam and his team, thanks for a great roof!
