Absolutely satisfied with the service. Craig was so nice and fast in fixing my garage door. He seems very expert and must be in this job for a long time. The lady who took my call was also very friendly and accommodating. She tried to fit me in for this appointment even though theyre so busy. Cost of the fix is very affordable as well. I will definitely put this company in my phone book.

I called about a roller out of track and within an hour the tech arrived and fixed it. The charge was reasonable and he also fixed a problem with the seal. Im very happy and would recommend this company to you.

Fortunately I had Titan Garage Doors WI saved on my phone (a friend's reco) because my garage door was not working properly Saturday afternoon. Within 30 minutes they were at work fixing it up and within an hour or so everything was back in order! I recommend them for quality repairs and customer service that has your back!

I would highly recommend and planning on using them in the future if needed. Our garage cable broke over the weekend and wouldn't close. I called on a Sunday and within the hour their technician Gunther came out and fixed our garage. He was great, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issue and gave us extra tips on general garage maintenance. Everything looked correct when he left but after using the garage door several additional times, realized that there was still a small issue. When I called and asked someone to come back (they have a 30 day warranty) there was no hesitation and right away they sent the same technician that day. He fixed the issue at no additional cost. Overall, really impressed with the communication, speediness and the work! They rock!
