They were available to take my call and did troubleshooting with me immediately. Ultimately, they were able to get my order placed with no issue.         Not very happy so far. They said that they would change my sons order when he called and asked to have it done and almost a week later it has not been changed. Also they dont answer their phone during business hours apparently. Tried to call at 8:32 and they claim to be open at 8:00.
