Natalie was a wonderful realtor to work with. This was my first experience with buying a home, and Natalie walked me through the process very well. It's a daunting process, but she made me feel so at ease because she explained things well and was so responsive and helpful. She gave her honest opinions and thoughts based on her experience whenever I asked for them so I could make informed decisions, but she never made me feel pressured to do things a certain way and always emphasized that it was all my decision. We were friends prior to being my realtor, so I wasn't sure if that would be a weird dynamic, but I had nothing to worry about. She excellently navigated the whole situation and was professional but personable the entire time. From what I've experienced, Natalie is incredibly competent, professional, helpful, and authentic. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Natalie helped us find our first house and we totally love it. She is very professional and knowledgeable with all the questions we had about houses, neighborhoods, dog parks, etc. you name it she knows it. We are so blessed and lucky to have her on our side. Lakeland Real Estate was amazing to work with. Extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, and worked through any and all issues that came up very timely. They provided great service buying our newer house and selling our starter house just the same. We would definitely use them again!
