Highly likely to recommend! I cant say enough good about the service that Cade provides. Not only did he sell us our home a few years ago, he also sold it recently and we were very pleased with our return! He is efficient and professional and really knows his stuff. He makes every single client feel like they are his only one, we never waited for a call to be returned and he in fact reached out to us quicker than expected! He even mowed our lawn when we were house searching in South Carolina where he also personally vetted agents for us! Most of all he is down to earth and one of the nicest guys we have ever met!
