I highly recommend and encourage anyone evaluating Medicare supplement plans and/or agents, to reach out to Melinda........( ahem...WEA-Trust Plus members losing coverage)..........and of course anyone else to be sure.......if it is important to you to sit down with someone who is not only extremely knowledgeable, but a good listener, forthright, service oriented and a problem solver willing to go that extra mile, and you want that "taken care of safe and secure feeling," give her a call. You will not be disappointed, but rather surprised and relieved you finally arrived at the right destination in navigating this cumbersome and arduous thing called "MEDICARE," finally getting the help and attention you need and deserve. Why do I feel so strongly? As someone who formerly worked in the insurance industry as a property casualty rep, I have a deep understanding of insurance in general and a great respect for knowledgeable service oriented reps, who are a cut above, and believe me, she is one of those rare reps who ticks all the boxes. Thank you again Melinda for your guidance, service, and caring. We are lucky to have you here and I am fortunate to have you as my new agent. I am very glad our paths crossed. You are a real asset to the company.
