        What a joke you have to have a active account to place a order can't be walk in an set up a account I come from a big town that I can walk in at anytime. Can't set up a account in person have to do it over the internet an same with ordering your hardware. What happend to the day when you would have a odd job with a very odd bolt nut torx etorx shoulder ect that you needed to actually deal with someone face to face.
