        Overall, I've appreciated the online convenience and access to my accounts through the years. My issue deals with the selling of my remaining mortgage (not a great amount) to a charlatan company with horrible reviews called Select Portfolio Servicing. SPS doesn't even have an email and their online reviews are horrid. SPS was sued in 2003 and had to pay consumers 40 million for "engaging in a number of unfair, deceptive, and illegal practices in the servicing of subprime mortgage loans." Associated should treat their loyal and long-term customers (or any customers for that matter) better than this.
