        I have insurance through Viking Insurance which is part of sentry. This is the worst experience I have ever had with insurance. I bought my bike 3 wks before the incident. After speaking with the total loss rep. Sue Zimmer. I was told that the value of my bike was less that average local market price. She told me she had found comparable bikes for 8k. in my local market they run on average 9-10k. She used two dealers as her basis, one was in IL one in IA. I live in TN. Even after my gap insurance I would still owe and I would have to surrender the bike.
