There are a few things that I was no happy about: 1. The funeral director was very quick in sending us the invoice for her funeral but failed to notify us that her ashes were there ready to be picked up. 2. After I received a response back from the email I sent him asking about her ashes, I told him it would have been nice if someone would have communicated with us that she was there. There was no apology at all which upset both my husband and myself. But nothing could have prepared me for the next email he sent stating he could ship her to us via Certified Mail as if she is now just an object you would buy online and have delivered to your front door. I know this is your job and you deal with human remains on a daily basis, but this is our daughter. After picking her up I sent a text message to him letting him know how dissatisfied I was with how this was handled, no response and still no apology which is all we wanted. I personally would not recommend this funeral home to anyone.

Dan took the time to listen. He is very respectful, understanding, and compassionate towards the family. A very professional place. We find no errors or room for improvement. Highly recommend the services of Plombon Funeral Home in Stanley or Gilman. Thank you Dan you are an angel in disguise.
