-Honestly need to look into a better manager . Very rude and unprofessional she really needs to get a new job. No reason why youre being called a manager and cant provide good service . Wont ever be going to this sad location AGAIN!

On April 8th, 2024 at 4:45 p.m., I tried to take advantage of the $2 Dave's double offer. Tried using the app but the offer was not showing on the app. After 15 minutes of trying to place an order from in my car, I went into the store and asked the cashier for help. She could not figure it out either and suggested the offer might have expired. (hard to understand that the employees don't know the details of this offer?!) I told her the offer was good until April 10th. After several minutes not being successful, I asked if a Mgr. was available. The manager was very unfriendly. His tone of voice was not at all welcoming or helpful. He too said that if it was not showing in the offers on the phone, the offer must have expired. (A manager who does not know about this March madness offer being valid through April 10th) After a couple minutes of him telling me how he could not help me, the phone rang. He answered the cell phone he was holding while I was still having a conversation with him. I felt dismissed! Honest, he is helping me and answers a phone call. I told him that "I give up" and would not be back and I left and went to McDonald's.
