        Fantastic small business. Will absolutely do business with them again. Facility is safe, clean and property is maintained well with pride and love. They work with you to the extent they can if you face any challenges you encounter with a great attitude

        Overall great experience with this new Champion unit. The only note I have is to have the units that are inside marked outside at the entrance or in the welcome email so it's easier to find the units when first going to it

        I found this company online. I'm looking for a warehouse to store products for my vintage store. Every email sent pictured the building you see on this post. The rental agreement shows this building on the letterhead. The address on the letterhead is for the building in pic. I set up a time to meet the manager. I didn't even know they had other buildings other than this pic at the address on letterhead. It was completely my fault that I didn't notice an address further down on an email for our meeting was different than the address on the agreement. After waiting 15 min at this location and no one showing up, I searched thru the numerous emails back & forth. I did try calling the # I had & emailing. I finally found another address for our meeting. I felt horrible for keeping her waiting. We headed over to the other address. It was an old, run-down warehouse. It was far off the main road, no pavement, just gravel. I would NEVER feel safe there. I wish it had been brought to my attention that the pic & address on the rental agreement was not where the warehouse was. When I finally got the women on the phone. I apologized for the confusion. She was very blunt, expressing that SHE GAVE ME THE CORRECT ADDRESS! It was a frustrating experience. Maybe clarifying in the beginning the pics & address they are using on the ads is not where the warehouse was. Maybe had I been from this area I would have known? I have driven down the hwy the actual location was & never noticed these warehouses. They are completely behind other businesses.

        Yes I would absolutely recommend Champion storage Kirsten and Company were awesome in customer service current was fair including security cameras my dad would say plus plus Plus thank you Champion storage have a blessed New Year
