GEN3 Plumbing, LLC

I want to say how pleased I am with Gen3 Plumbing LLC. I own a small business in Sheboygan and had a surprise inspection that resulted in a letter saying I needed to add 2 very expensive backflow prevention devises. The first plumber I contacted quoted me $5,000 to do the job. Gen3 quoted $2,500. But they then contacted the inspector on my behalf and through a lot of back and forth were able to figure out a solution that was acceptable which then brought down the cost to under $1,000. They really went above and beyond to help out a small business and I cant recommend them enough.

Have an issue with a toilet and they came within 2 days. He fixed the sink drain that I did wrong. But couldnt figure out why my toilet is burping all over my floor. He was constantly on the phone with someone and didnt really diagnose the problem. Said that hes never seen that before and told me that I would have to schedule another appointment with his boss. Charged us on the spot 250 buck for him being here. And theres no way I will be calling again to have them come back. I wish I wouldve gave him nothing until the job was complete. So now I sit here calling another company to come solve my problem. There will be no way that I will ever call them again or give them a referral. Dont waste your time or money with this company!

I had a minor emergency involving my bathroom sink. I called them and they sent a worker named Curtis. He was super friendly and did a fantastic job! I strongly recommend Gen 3! And if you get Curtis, you got a great plumber for your job/project/issue. Very happy and Curtis helped turn our issue into a positive experience. Thank you Gen 3
