Had to use paper plates and they had children running the register. Food was below average. This establishment has really fallen off

Went here a few weeks ago, and we noticed they have a new store policy. The policy states that for food wasted or uneaten on each plate, they will charge $5. Food was not very fresh, was lukewarm to be honest. The chest freezer for the ice cream on the buffet has a sliding door that has been missing for almost a year, and not once has anybody replaced or repaired the missing sliding door. Surprised that the health inspector hasn't came back and noticed that because I think that's a major health and safety violation to that establishment. The chest freezer looks like it hasn't been cleaned on the inside either from what I've seen. Disgusting! This establishment also violates child labor laws. Theres a 9 year old and a 12 year old working here. Not happy about the store policy! Will not return since they posted that new store policy and I ask all of you to do the same. Terrible, just terrible! What a waste of $43.00.
