Attorney Jason Dierkes was exceedingly courteous, informative, and even empathetic regarding the lawsuit he handled for me.
His professionalism cannot be overstated. He took an exceedingly stressful situation off my hands, did all the hard work, kept me informed, and instructed me on my part. I never felt out of the loop throughout the entire process and he always returned my emails quickly no matter what.
Perhaps most impressively, Jason Dierkes took on the lawsuit during COVID, an already rough time for all, and remained as committed to seeking a resolution in my favor from the moment I hired him to when we received the dismissal papers from the court.
The flat fee I paid him may seem high to some but considering he remained vigilant even when the case dragged out beyond what it should've, it was more than well worth it.
