Kelsi L. Cottle, Attorney

Complete lack of communication every step of the way. Almost Impossible to get anyone to call you back, and when someone does call you back it is a receptionist who cant give you any real information. They still owe us money for a form they were supposed to file that we ended up having to submit ourselves. I believe Kelsi Cottle could be a good attorney but unfortunately there office is terribly mismanaged and unorganized.

Kelsi is friendly empathetic and re assuring when she wants you to hire her. Once she has the 5,000 she requested she will make sure to avoid you at all cost. When I began to work with her I would contact her once in a while to check the status. Moving forwards she neglected to fill a form and stalled my case for about  a year. After confronting her she became red and visibly upset that she had been called out on her lie. She than agreed to reimburse my money due to her negligence. Yes I said negligence because that is what it was.   At this time I was currently working in the country as a P.E and a lot of Hispanic families would mentioned to me that they were working with Kelsi and how they were either ripped off or they were just never informed of there case. I soon realized she was also scamming these poor people! The sad part is no one files a clime on her to the BAR. I have obtained my money back so I couldn't really file anything other than my experience with her. People if she took your money with out providing you any services please make the BAR aware. She can not continue to provide legal services when there is lack of moral ethics.

She seemed great until after she received the final payment. 3 years later and $5000 poorer and we have gotten no where with my husbands case. Kept calling and never would answer back. So disappointed.

Kelsi was Hands Down, Best we have seen!! She was unrelenting in the pursuit of the records needed for Naturalization. We had issues with a differentattorneyandwhen we explained the issue to Kelsi, she gave us her word she would "Do all I can to make this right"And make it right she did!I can only say, If you are looking for a professional, Kelsi is the Lady you want on your side. THANK YOU Kelsi, You Are The Best!!!
