I booked a new patient appointment in AUGUST 2023 for APRIL 2024. Yes, those are the correct months and years. I get a call today the FRIDAY before my MONDAY appointment saying the hygienist that worked there is no longer with them and they have to reschedule. Okay, fine little annoyed but I will. The woman on the phone tells me unfortunately they don't have anything available until May or June of 2025. NEXT YEAR. Excuse me? All this time passed and you're just calling now? I understand things happen and people change jobs, but to expect me to wait over a YEAR after I've already been waiting 8 months is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
