        The staff at this branch have been totally supportive, helpful & wonderful. They have made suggestions, given me ideas and explained things very well so I understand what their talking about. I have dealt with more than one of them on occasion and they all are very easy to talk to. I walk through the door and immediately greet me using my first name and to me is very welcoming & impressive! I highly recommend United One Credit Union especially if you have had problems with other financial institutions in the past.

      Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. Our Personal Teller Machines offer extended hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Any routine transactions that can take place using an in-branch Teller can be done speaking to a Teller via a video chat at a PTM. Plus, our PTMs can be used as a 24/7 ATM with a debit card where you can make deposits and withdrawals. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at 920-684-0361 in Manitowoc or 920-451-8222 in Sheboygan to discuss any specific concerns you have. You may also schedule a call or in-person appointment using our online appointment maker at https://www.unitedone.org/book-appointment-online
