        THESE ARE CONDOS AND NOT A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. THEY CHANGED THE NAME!!! THEY ARE LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF SHEBOYGAN JUST OFF SOUTH BUISNESS DRIVE. Terrible, unfriendly and bug infested. The association is rigid, and out-of-touch with the condo owners, and they do things without your permission. I would not recommend living here. The buildings themselves were built cheaply, and they are noisy. You can hear when your neighbor takes a shower, does the laundry or just about anything else. Very stressful! Please look elsewhere!!

        Just terrible!! They take care of the outside grounds where only prospective buyers can see when they drive through. Call the management and wait for a call-back that will never come. Buyer beware. These condos are built very cheaply. Be ready for cold NOISY living. Also the whole place is infested with bugs, coyotes and ferral cats If you like spiders you'll love these condos. Look elsewhere.
