I had a tree that had some limbs that fell down. I called them around 5pm on a Sunday about what happened and they told me that they would be out Monday morning at 9am. They never showed up at 9am. I called them at 9:30am Monday morning since they never showed up. I figured maybe something happened and just wanted to see if they were still coming. They said they were still coming and waiting for some to bring a trail back. Right before noon they still had not showed up. I called them again and this person I talked with said they did not have anything scheduled for the day. He said he would talk with his boss and call me back. Never got a call back from them.

My families cabin had extensive tree damage from the severe storm system that went through Mountain, Wi about a month ago. We had multiple trees on, and against the cabin. I called Bay Area tree service the following Saturday for an estimate and Jason was there within an hour. He was very professional and the estimate was very fair considering the amount of work necessary to remove the trees. They started the job the next week and we're finished By the weekend. The work performed was excellent. The crews went so far as to remove stumps and even level the ground off where it was uprooted. They really went above and beyond to help during a tough time. I would not hesitate to have them do more work for us and would highly recommend them if you need a tree service. Thank you for a job well done.

Bay Area Tree Service removed two huge trees, several tree stumps, and some smaller trees for us. Jason and his crew are efficient, hardworking, and above all, professional. We couldnt be happier with the results, and they also did an outstanding clean-up job. Thanks!
