        Went to urgent care this morning and saw Dawn. Coughing and puking and ongoing issues with sinuses. All she did was did a strep throat test and gave me pills for cough. I can't afford to go to green bay right now for follow up. My sinuses are the issue. They don't fix the issue.

        I am very impressed with Prevea after my first two visits. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns and give me good suggestions to improve my health care.

        The Front desk staff are all amazing and polite when i walk in and very helpful. The nurse that led me back to the exam room was very polite and nice and non judging which is huge to me. I do not like when I can read their face or body language and tell they think I'm just another fat louse that won't listen anyways! I did not get that feeling once at this office. Dr. Fang is an amazing doctor that is helping me on my route to living happy with my family again by actually looking into my illness and blood work and not guessing and also by ACTIVE LISTENING. The lab tech that took all or most of my blood. She was a trooper when I told her that my veins are not easy to find or hit. She asked permission to attempt at veins on my arm instead of assuming I am okay with her just sticking away. She was very kind and gentle with that needle I barely felt it. Thank you to the whole Shawano Team for being in my community and Rocking your jobs to the max!
