        Honestly mark up on a 20' 14k Figaro is 200-300 more than anywhere in GB. Showed me fire agate and called it opal. Too small a selection not enough knowledge or services. Can't rate it too high.

      David, when you were in today I explained that although we do not sell hollow chain, it could be repaired. However, what you purchased at WalMart on clearance would not hold up over time. I showed you a solid gold chain, which is in fact more expensive than the hollow gold you compared it to. You told me that I educated you to what hollow gold was. Then we had a discussion over the differences between fire agate and fire opal. I stated that what I had was agate and you still asked to look at it. Then I gave you information on Ethiopian opals which you said you did not know prior to our discussion. I'm confused about your review, but I do not regret that we don't stock a large selection of cheap hollow chain. If that is what you want then you definitely need to go elsewhere. We will be here when you need it repaired.
