Terrible customer service Salad bar is constantly full of bad vegetables and half of the time theres nothing in there at all, when I spoke to an employee about it, they rolled their eyes at me and ignored me Never have this problem at Bonduel Leitrim. Everyone there is extremely friendly and willing to help you. If something is not stocked and you ask, they will quickly stock it, and bring you whatever you asked for which I thought was the kwik trip way but apparently Shawano hasnt been trained in customer hospitality because I have never been treated so poorly at a gas station Anytime after 9 PM, theres no hot food aside from maybe two sandwiches and a pizza One of the only gas stations in this town that is open 24 hours a day and consistently fails at good customer service, and Management is rude to customers This morning I witnessed an employee arguing With a customer who was genuinely confused, but instead of explaining it in a different way, so the customer understood she just continued to argue with this customer Until another employee stepped in, and explained it in a different way so the customer could understand Terrible terrible. Terrible
