I've left two messages trying to get a quote. I can't get them to call me back. Rather than use the review to apologize or address the issue, I received this random text today after 6 months. "I cant believe you thought you were so important that you needed to call me one day after the other and then left me a negative review because I was to busy to call you back instantly! You must have thought you were the only person in the world who needed tree work done back in October. Well Frank Im sorry to inform you but your not the most important person in the world then or now. And for you to be so childish as to wreck my 5 star review status from the 30 plus reviews I had is absolutely juvenile! I hope you found someone to bow down and kiss your feet on demand for you cuz as Im sure youve figured out thats not how I do business. You acted like this was an emergency which it was not. Mike did four jobs for us. Two of them were very difficult and dangerous. He removed limbs high up in the canopy, over our roofs, over our neighbors roof, and shaped a canopy after severe wind damage. Mike removed a large blue spruce tree surrounded by many obstacles, including utility lines. He removed it 100% even grinding out the stump. Mike has amazing control over where limbs and trees fall. I have many ornamental flower beds. Mike's dropped limbs never even touched a petal. I enjoy watching Mike work on our trees because he's agile, skilled, and fearless. Mike is very polite, as is his crew, and careful to be sure he knows exactly what we want done. Reasonable prices- we always save money when we go with Mikon.
