Jason was able to get our old Baldwin piano working again. It was my mother's piano and hadn't been tuned in over 23 years! Many of the keys were sticking. Jason was very professional from our first emails to coming to our home. We are very happy with his work. We are looking forward to bringing music to our grandchildren. Thank you Jason. Jason has gone above & beyond with our piano--doing research on a possible accident in the factory, and helping problem solve why it doesn't hold a tune as long as it should (and then figuring out what we need to do to fix the problem)! He works around our busy schedule to regularly tune our piano. He also communicates well with me in person and via email.

I was able to bring in a piece of stained door casing to match up the original color. The case was 12 years old and had a color that just couldn't be matched with what I had available to me. With a quick survey and some dye matching the color was sprayed on to the color that was as close as could be seen with the naked eye. The only thing that was noticable in the room where the new wood was installed was that this door didn't have scratches on the casing. Thanks Jason

Jason did an incredible job, and totally went out of his way to fix a broken string and a broken hammer. He came in a tuned our piano a second time without any prompting because he wanted to make sure it was ready to go for our Christmas Eve services. He was very prompt and also came to tune on very short notice. Very easy to talk to, and very knowledgable.
