They will take advantage of tenants security deposits and will not pay you if you work for them. Avoid at all costs. Am currently reporting them to state agencies for their business practices, so hopefully everyone who has dealt with them in the past will also be fairly compensated The owner even lied to the state of WI about pay and I have proof of that. These people cannot be trusted and it is no wonder so many people walk off their job sites. (Also, as an employer it is highly illegal to post personal information about an employee, so legal action will be taken. I look forward to hearing from you again!)

Bad experience with platinum once they took over they made the tenants pay for water and heat which was split up between the units which Im not sure how thats fair or legal,tryed overcharging me but luckily I caught it and corrected it,kept most of my security deposit once I moved out,and black mold in my unit,seemed like shady stuff going on there.

Unfortunately the heat went out in our unit and the people from Platinum properties were great they let us know they would be dropping off space heaters which they did three of them to make sure that we'd be all right the problem result they were super speedy and the very accommodating when it came to making sure that our family was warm

I had rented from Platinum Property and it was the worst experience that I've ever had with any landlord. When took over as managers for the property I lived at, they never came over interduse themselves to the renters where I was living in Wausau.

Leaving a review for the nice maintenance guy that helped fix my sink issue and dishwasher issue. He was very quick in finding the solution and fixing it and he came as soon as he could when putting in the request. Greatly appreciated :)
