I rented from KKPM for about 6 years. Its unfortunate to see some of the negative reviews as I genuinely felt their team was super responsive, and incredibly understanding during difficult situations; resourceful even when they didnt need to be. If I did have an issue with the property, they were prompt and courteous with their communication, and reasonable with tenant expectations. I have no reservations in recommending their team in your search for a rental!

Kris and her staff are extremely professional, fair, and a pleasure to work with!!! We have rented with her several times while we were in the home building process, and she has always been more than fair and courteous in all communications! She lets you know what the expectations are up front, so there are no surprises. She is prompt, respectful and very helpful! A true class act and an asset to the Sauk Prairie area!

Dont bother with this clown Kris. She cares about one thing, her retirement. Wont address mold problems, basic repairs or maintenance. Shell put it off until the damage is done and then try to patch up with bandaids. Unless your floor is flooding, dont waste a breath. Even then the problem wont be dealt with appropriately.

I rented for like 2 years and i have not had any issues, if you are a complaner just know that KKPM has to deal with a lot of crummy people just like you
