        I bought $40 bolts from them for my Dodge ram the exhaust pipe bolts rusted and I was told I could buy them from Gilberts not only did they sell me the wrong size bolts they refused to take them back for a refund or an exchange. I expected this company to be honest and they were far from it. Beware they will rip you off if they can

      Hello Emily, Unfortunately you must have gotten bad info.. Because we gave your friend the money back on the spot! I apologize for the the confusion on the bolt. It was certainly correct for the information provided. Not only did we give your boyfriend the money back we also offered to send a driver up to swap the bolt for the money to save you guys the gas money. Please reach out to us so we can explain. We certainty would not want to cause this grief over $40. We have all the receipts you need to see the paper trail and you can rectify it with the person you sent to pick up the bolt and the money!
