        My grandsons loved it there. The only downfall is not having water hookup for your camper. There was a water spicket nearby which was nice

        Enjoyed the picnic tables near the river. Very windy, chilly day so we ate rather quickly. Dog-friendliness: Nice looking paths that we didn't use as it was chilly and windy. Will return.

        One of my favorite state park to visit. Lots of good hiking and scenery, and it's not too far from the Twin Cities. You can also drive across the river into Minnesota and they have a state park on that side as well. The Wisconsin side is better, and has a beach that is great for swimming and a little ways down is some great fishing spots as well. The camping facilities on each side of the river are great as well. Dog-friendliness: It is dog friendly if they are on a leash
