Had bats in the house and now I don't. He did a great job and is reasonably priced. Stop searching and give them a call!

So I bought a house in February and Scenic Bluffs was hired by the previous owner to put up netting for the bats living in the attic and I was told to contact them in 6 months and they would come back and make sure the bats were gone I attempted to contact them with the number on the invoice multiple times all going to voicemail at which time someone texted me and set up a day to come out I informed them I worked that day and tried to see if a different day was available got no response. The day I was told they would show up I took off of work and waited for a phone call or text saying he was on his way which never came, I then called him left another voicemail and ended up getting a text saying he wasn't coming because he was at the LaCrosse fair and wouldn't be able to come down until the fall like September or October. I found the fact that I wasn't called highly disrespectful and unprofessional and the fact that the previous owner paid him in full for a job that he didn't complete. Since my last communication with him I have watched 30+ bats leave my house from places everywhere but where he put up the few nets so that brings into question his knowledge of dealing with bats. I will be contacting the previous owner and looking for another pest control company to handle this issue. Service: Bat extermination
