This a family owned business and you can tell. I was traveling home from St. Paul with my family back home to Michigan and my van broke down with 5 people and a 2 month old. When I called they were very busy with repairs but wanted to get off the road quickly because it is so dangerous. They were not able to repair my vehicle but the tools is to Flagstar Ford dealership near by and called the dealership ahead to see if we could be serviced! They brought out TWO trucks to take my family and I to the dealership. That is a true family culture. Please use them if needed. They were really accommodating. Thank you!

This company was so helpful and timely when I got stuck in a ditch. I wait 4 hours for another company (Jerrys towing) to come but they never showed, so I called roberts. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend.
