I've been going here for years now and I always have the best experience. It's the first dental office I've ever felt comfortable going to because of not just the friendly staff, but also the thorough care they give their patients. As long as I live in RF this will be my place.

Here's my story about the sensational dental services I received at River Smiles Dental. PreCOVID-19, I had two temporary crowns placed. Two weeks later when my new permanent crowns arrived, we were under the Stay at Home order. Over the next month the temps held up fairly well. Then, one day - I had some pain. I called Dr. Watkins to discuss. She mentioned that I should consider having the permanents on more sooner than later, thereby avoiding the excruciating pain I could feel should one or both temps fall off and/or avoiding the possibility of a root canal or two. Because there's no telling how long this pandemic will go on for, yet terrified at the thought of going to the dentist to have work done with my mouth agape, I made the hard decision to go ahead with having the permanents placed. The night before, I got cold feet and called Dr. Watkins. She was empathetic and so patient, explaining how the appointment would go and how she and her assistant would be fully donned in PPE; given these unique times, I gained a renewed sense of trust in her abilities. I'm so glad I decided to have it done. Dr. Watkins and her assistant made my appointment go smoothly and made me feel safe. Countless thanks to you both! I strongly recommend River Smiles Dental to anyone seeking friendly and professional dental care.

So glad I found this place! All of the staff are amazing, nice, and very accommodating. Im always very anxious and stressed when going to the dentist but they make it easier, chatting with you and are genuine when talking with you, makes you feel like youre talking with friends you only see every once in a while. They always tell you what to expect, what theyre going to do before they do it and make sure youre as comfortable as possible. Id highly recommend them!
