If I could give no stars I would!! Horrible management company. (LSI Property Management Company). Despite a year from hell with the many management issues, it finally ended with them making up items to keep your security deposit. $150 kept for disposal of a futon we never even had and the list goes on. Very unprofessional and one sided. NEVER again will I rent from a property managed by this company!! Renters beware!! Property owners should also be aware before using them!!
Update: LSI left a comment asking us to reach outso we did. Why in gods name did I continue to waist my time to give them the opportunity to do right by its tenants?! The first photo below shows how I left the stove. Never imagining I would have to remove the top of the appliance to clean under it or face $150 fine! As you can see the picture below, they took the stove apart to take our deposit money! The list of ridiculous charges to absorb our deposit, go on, and on. I thought I had cleaned the best you can possibly clean the old outdated property.
I wonder what they charge the former tenant when they moved out? I have requested a copy of the charges to the previous tenant, but received nothing. (Youre entitled this information when requested by the way). So after the initial sharing of information and photos, clearly in our favor, our conversations have stopped and now no replies. Its been two weeks and were still nowhere. Someone needs to step up and stop these scammers from taking advantage of people.
The hallways were always disgusting and smell of cats.
