        Ordered signs in early March and have heard every excuse in the book from machine broke to delivery company lost shipment. Still do t have product even after owner promised to deliver in person. Worst customer service ever.

        Quality of products is great. Service and response timeliness could be improved. We waited weeks between communication for updates on our basic sign project. Several emails where they said theyd get back to us and we didnt hear anything until we proactively checked in. Id assume there are staffing and materials shortages like everywhere else, but acknowledgement of that and its effect on turnaround time would have been appreciated.
