Tara is my most knowledgeable realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. She knew which home inspector was the best to work with, exactly what we needed for our mortgage lender and everything to make the closing go smoothly. She was always available when we had questions at any time never making us feel that she was too busy or that we were a bother. Tara is a rock star! I have worked with Tara on multiple occasions purchasing properties. The first thing that I noticed is that she took notes, asked detailed questions, and really listened to me. When I left her office I felt like I was going to find the home that I truly wanted to buy and not what she thought I should buy unlike other realtors that I tried to work with who were only concerned with making a sale and not making me happy with my purchase.
