Gundersen Eye Clinic Richland Center - CLOSED

I was COMPLETELY satisfied with choosing Gundersen Eye Clinic for my recent eye exam and glasses!!!!!! The staff treated me with the utmost respect and kindness and were very thorough!!! I also found beautiful frames in the color I had hoped to get,right that very day,that I was very thrilled about!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! DEFINITELY a 5-star rating for me!!!!!!!!

Everything was great with one exception. The front desk receptionist was the the rudest, most unhelpful receptionist Ive ever encountered.

Doctor Walker is very knowledgeable. The nurses are skillful and great to work with as well as the front desk staff. The pricing for the Optometrist service is in line with other doctors. As usual the pricing in the optical shop is going to be more expensive being in the same location as the doctors, pricing for convenience. The quality is usually better at the on site optical store. All services are 5 stars.

Ridiculously expensive! I will never be going to a Gunderson clinic ever again. No communication about insurance either.

Borderline Medicare fraud...i was a new patient and found out the hard way.. I have other vision insurance however Gunderson office suggested that I allow them to bill Medicare which they did...charged over 300.00 for a basic eye exam. Medicare picked up 155.00 but leaves me with a 192.00 balance. If they would have let me submit to my insurance the cost would be about 130.00. I've canceled my cataract surgery with them because I no longer trust them. Rip-off scammers
