        We are first time home builders and Nick Stortz has guided us along the way to help make the process as stress-free as possible. He clearly has been through this process many times ;). The showroom displays are set up well and gave us the visuals needed to make decisions. We are looking forward to the finished product!

        As first-time remodelers with three young kids, we hesitated to consider remodeling our home. In the end, it was the best decision we could have made! Dave Spooner and his wonderful team of subcontractors made our ideas come to life. Dave was patient and responsive with all of our questions, gave personal recommendations when we needed an expert opinion, and communicated every step of the way. Any issue was promptly addressed. Any change we made whether out of preference or lack of experience was always positively received. All of the subcontractors were very respectful of our home, clean, and timely. Living through a remodel with kids is not easy, but knowing when things were going to happen and being part of the process ensured a little sanity in our lives. We are so pleased with the end result. Most importantly, we love our more functional kitchen/living/dining room space! Thank you, Dave & Stortz Homes!

When building a home, occasionally there are variables that do arise out of our control. We doour very best to address and take care of any concerns. We have hundreds of customers that are extremely happy with not only the quality of workmanship, but us as honest, up front individuals. All customer feedback is very important to myself as the owner. A large part of our company quality control, is when we receive referrals from customers that we have done work for. That occurs quite often, and we are extremely grateful. That is the ultimate compliment. Even though our end goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, that probably will never be a reality. However, that will always be our mentality here at Stortz Custom Homes. We hope that you are well and enjoying your home with your family.
